Exterior Upgrade Project:
The images above and one line below, were part of an exterior upgrade for the Elementary School. After the exterior was painted, I created a complimentary color pallette from the paint colors previously chosen and custom door labels, to compliment the various building colors.

Mozaic tile project:
I worked with another parent/professional artist (who lead the project) to assist the children in designing mozaic tiles to be used as borders around the new tree benches for the school yard.
It was a great success and lots of fun!

Book Fair banner project:
I was requested to re-create Scholastic art for a book fair, in a large format that Scholastic did not provide. The banner was a watercolor painting of the characters with acrylic paint for the logo and a paper border. It was then laminated to withstand the December weather and hung in the entryway of the school.

School fundraising, Carnival project:
The carnival entrance banner was a day before the event request and hung between 2 paper mache cactus that the children painted. I was also requested to re-paint an already existing plywood photo cut out from the previous year. I had a little more notice on that. The theme this year was "How the West was Fun!" and was utilizing a carnival atmosphere along with the western theme. The banner and photo cutout were a hit!
