I create sketches of infants, children and pets from your photographs, turning family snapshots or class photos into meaningful original art keepsakes. I also specialize in watercolor landscapes and still lifes.
Occasional computer design work is created on a contract basis as a part of this business.

Network Graphic Designer (Jan ‘00 — Oct ‘01)
Worked with the Interface Design Director on the creation of the first Interface Design Guideline, design specifications, color charts, mockups.
Managed the integration of site concepts with visual concepts contributed by other designers as well as creating graphics for daily use.
Created a new taxonomy for the Home Improvement section, pulling old content and adding new, creating HTML page design and layouts, making editorial corrections as well as photo scanning and correcting.
Established new templates for Producers and Associate Producers.
Worked with the Director of Production, Producers, Art Directors, ASP programmers and clients to establish the look, feel and functionality for all elements of the site.

Designed on-air graphics for 24-hour news networks with a global audience.
Primary artist for CNN Morning News and CNNI World Report shows.
Overnight shift supervisor; trained new artists.

Senior Broadcast Designer (March ‘83 — Aug ‘96)
Designed on-air graphics for live 24-hour newscasts seen worldwide.
Created graphics for CNN Newsource, CNN Airport Network and other special news packages, election coverage and awards shows.
Supervised coverage of annual awards shows such as the Grammys, Oscars, etc., working closely with Producers, Directors and staff artists.
Set up and organized the graphics tape archive library.
Supervised interns on live show production and trained new artists.
